ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS.
I repeat, would advise any new to online bidding to place a bid and max bid if you feel you cannot keep up as the auction is ending.

The listed ending time for each specific item is the scheduled time for that item to end. This time will be extended if a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of that item.  Other items continue ending in order. The bidding extension is an automated feature on the website. The purpose of the extended bidding is to allow you to submit a competing bid if another buyer outbids you as the time is nearly expired. The bidding time extension may differ from auction to auction, depending on the asset.

Meadows Auction does not test or guarantee the functionality of any item (if I test anything I list as T&T-tried & tested- for power). All items are sold “as-is”. However, we welcome you to attend the preview and test the items. The items will be available for inspection and testing during the noted “Preview” time.

Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.

If you are unable to make the pickup time due to a flat tire, mean boss, traffic jam, car fire, sudden illness, deceased relative, or any other catastrophic event, please contact Meadows Auctions. 304-466-3341. We can make special arrangements (for a fee) in most cases.  Items MUST be paid in full to qualify for storage.

**Bidders who fail to pay & pickup their purchases will have their bidding account halted and will be required to have a valid credit card on file in order to re-active their account and will automatically be charged for the full amount of their purchases (IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO BID, THIS IS PROBABLY WHY)
Bidding Errors: If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact Diane (preferably by phone) @ 304-466-3341 or by email bidtoomebydm@aol.com. Bids can not be reversed after the auction has closed - no exceptions.
Bids cannot be cancelled because you simply changed your mind

Disclaimers:

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.
Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.
Onsite auctions may have items in the attic, basement, barn, dark alley, scary dungeon rooms and other places that your spouse may be hesitant to enter. Please consider attending the preview to help understand any complications in removing your treasure.
Please do not bid if you cannot pay and pickup as scheduled.  If you bid and do not pay, you items will be sold at auctioneer's discretion and your account will be either deactivated or deleted. And you will not be permitted a future bid number.

We are not as mean as we sound, but please do your best to play by the rules. It is the only way we can serve you and the rest of our customers to the best of our ability.

If you want to see past auctions, when you are on this page, right below Meadows Online Auction (upper left corner) click "current auctions"   In the middle of the "next"  page there will be a drop down menu, click on that.  You may then view either "All, Current, Past, or Future Auction".  A future auction would be one that I am working on, but have not made "live" or published until inventory is complete.

To view all your invoices, you must first be logged in with your bidder number.  In upper right corner beside your initials and bid number, there is a drop down menu. Click on arrow button, then click on "View Profile".  a new window will open.  In the middle of the page click on "Invoices".  On right hand side where it says "Action", click on that. You will then download your invoice in form of pdf file.  I would download the summary invoice instead of the detailed (if you want to print it out- if you just want to view invoice- makes no difference which one you download)
