5% Buyers Premium-No Reserve. No preview for these auctions. Auction will end Friday, July 8th starting at 9:00 AM. 2nd unit will end starting at 9:05 AM. The listed ending time for each unit is the scheduled time for that item to end. This time will be extended if a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of that item. The other unit continues ending in order. The bidding extension is an automated feature on the website. The purpose of the extended bidding is to allow you to submit a competing bid if another buyer outbids you as the time is nearly expired.

Payment by credit card, PayPal - or if by cash you must come to our location at Green Sulphur Springs, WV at 3:00 PM. You will have 72 hours to completely clean out unit and broom sweep. $50 deposit which will be refunded after unit is completely cleaned and swept.
You will be given a code for gate and lock.
After you have cleaned out unit, you will leave the lock with the unit. You have 72 hours to remove all contents and broom sweep. You will send a picture of the cleaned unit to us by phone or email.
Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit.
There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean.
A cleaning deposit of $50 will be charged and returned once the unit is inspected following cleanout.
Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
